Sundays always meant a feast of mama's cooking. Sure, it meant morning mass, but the best part was knowing when we got home we'd find hot meatballs frying and nothing tasted better than hot newly fried meatballs and crisp bread dipped into a pot of gravy. And Sunday dinners weren't complete without some dessert. The table was always overflowing with the best pastries, cakes and of course, Homemade cookies.
